My payment has been declined

Unfortunately, the payment providers usually do not provide us with the reasons behind transaction declines.
We therefore advise you to contact the respective payment institute to inquire about the payment.

If you are not sure if a payment was successfully transferred to us, we can of course check the payment for you.
Please send us the transaction information (transaction ID or receipt number).

If the payment has been declined and you wish to receive the item, the easiest solution would be to cancel the current order without any downsides for you, so you can place a new order with the preferred method of payment.
Please send us a messsage that you wish to cancel your order.
