My order is intended as a gift

I want to gift my order to someone else.

All our products can of course be gifted to someone else if you wish.
You can forward our delivery email with the code to the receiver or even print out the code or write it down on a gift card.
Please note that you cannot activate the code and then gift it to someone, as all codes can only be redeemed once.

The code will not be used for some time - will the code still be valid?

Digital activation codes do not have an expiration date in general. Promotional codes may have an expiration date, which will of course be noted in the product description.
However, we always advise our customers to redeem the code as quickly as possible in case there are any issues. If you encounter an issue with your code, please contact us immediately upon noticing and send us screenshots showing the error.
If you do not use the code for a longer period, we suggest to print out the code and delete the delivery email.

When will I receive the CD/DVD?

Please kindly note that all products are sent digitally via email. This means that there will be no shipping of any physical item such as a CD/DVD or subscription card.
Should your order have been a mistaken purchase and you expected to receive a physical copy of the ordered product, we can offer you to take back the digital activation code under certain conditions.
